Badminton is one of the most popular sports in the UK and is played all year round. We pride ourselves in being one of the largest clubs in the area and have been going strong for over 50 years!
Venue
We play at a state of the art sports facility, Venue 360 Luton. 4 Badminton courts with new LED lighting, changing and shower facilities, ample free parking & an onsite bar and restaurant.
League Play
We compete in the Hertfordshire league entering multiple teams in various disciplines including Men’s Doubles, Mixed and Ladies Doubles. As well as league matches we play every week for 3 hours on a Tuesday evening from 7pm to 10pm.
Club Size
With approximately 35 members we always have a good variety of players leading to competitive and exciting badminton games all evening long. We use a pegboard system to shuffle games and ensure playtime and games are kept fair.
Social
We also enjoy the social side including Christmas meals, fun evenings out and award ceremonies for our club members. Each year we like to host an internal club tournament for singles and doubles and the winners have their names on the club trophies and receive their trophy own to keep.
